Boiler not working. Called iHeat at 09:00am who managed to fit us in and attend at 13:00pm the same day. Fault quickly diagnosed to faulty gas valve and contacted Worcester as the boiler was under warranty. Worcester rectified the fault found by iHeat. Very good service.

The service is excellent. They are reliable and efficient. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Not only did they service the boiler as arranged but also fixed a blocked sink and looked into a damp patch which we mentioned to them. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Stat was fitted within 5 days from my initial enquiry at a very reasonable price. Electrician arrived on time and was very courteous, helpful and explained everything very well. Will definitely use I heat again and will recommend to friends and family.

Daniel and Richard were a pleasure to have in our home. Our bathroom looks fantistic, their workmanship and professionalism was faultless. Also got them to tie up some loose ends of some unfinished DIY- nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to seeing them again in May when they replace our boiler.

The work was carried out in accordance with the quotation and in the estimated time and the workmanship and courtesy could not be faulted every effort was made to keep us comfortable during the installation and fully informed as to progress. A great job well done
